The staff at this place is knowledgeable and it has a stylish design, the breakfast is okay, and it's located in a lovely quiet avenue.

The breakfast was OK.

The accommodation was poor and extremely cramped with no room to put luggage and barely any room to place clothes. The bed linen was not particularly clean

The whole hotel appeared to have undergone recent refurbishment, so all areas and rooms were of exceptional order and contemporary in style. Lovely colour schemes throughout. Fully recommend. The rooms were a little on the cosy side, but clean and pleasant with a very comfortable bed. The breakfasts were the usual continental affair, and they did go out of their way to provide fruit due to my food allergies... top marks. Great basement/garden bar area with good wine list. Very close to the bay and sea, and coastal path. Friendly welcoming staff even to bumbling English with little French! Thank you for your patience.

We had a bite to eat one evening at the hotel. Eating out for me has never been an issue in the other countries I've visited. There's usually something on the menu I can eat. This wasn't so easy here, and Arts was no exception throughout our stay in France. However, it is the first and last time I hope to be served with vintage 2006 sardines still in their tin... fun possibly, quirky and mildly insane certainly! A talking point for sure...

Everything was excellent, amicable staff, stunning location right by the beach and town centre, public transport and the shops. Bright and spotless room available with a private terrace at garden level and a comfortable bed.

Great location - close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Clean and bright rooms-excellent value for money. The bathroom was very clean and lots of hot water!

Reception was a little chaotic but the staff were very friendly.

We liked the fact that the hotel was just off the centre of St Palais, but was very quiet. We loved the decor - paintings, artwork, etc.

I recently stayed at The Originals Boutique La Villa Ouest & Spa for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant, assisting with requests such as storing my road bike and providing any information I needed. The breakfast selection was more than satisfying, and the proximity to the beaches and promenade made for a short and enjoyable walk. Despite the room being on the smaller side, it was still pleasant and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Its convenience to beach and shops

all the facilities are great, fairly clean hotel, its location is particularly good by the sea. i really enjoyed the staff, they are extremely friendly.

This hotel is great value for money! The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is also a big plus as it is close to both beaches and there are many restaurants nearby. The basic amenities in the rooms were comfortable and had everything you need. The modern decor added a touch of style and the rooms were very comfortable, especially with the terrace and private entrance. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of quality products and a lovely crockery.

Air conditioning or room fans would be a welcome addition to the bedrooms.
